Eat An Apple, Save on Calories

Cut calories without starving? Is that possible? Well, research has shown that eating an apple or a low calorie salad about 15 minutes before a meal shaves off 187 calories. I’ll have to try this. I usually starve myself because I don’t ever have enough time to eat while at work.

    I’ll have to try that too! I usually eat my fruit within an hour of eating because I’m hungry. 😦

    I LOVE apples…and eat at least half a large one a day. Usually for my mid-morning snack. Just watch out for Banana’s though–they have way more sugar (and always end up making me hungry)
